PhenixID server is built on Java and is completely self contained. From time to time, the JRE version will be updated a new PAS release. Major JRE upgrades comes with major PAS releases.

Supported plattforms are Windows 64 bit and Linux 64 bit.

The entire system relies on events/messages sent across the internal service bus. Messages in the system is received and answered by responsible module.

By adopting this architecture PhenixID server is built for linear scalability and advanced configuration scenarios, if needed, from the start.
