- Contact PhenixID support / sales to get a proper license agreement

- Install the latest version of PhenixID Authentication Services (Signing Services modules are included with the installer)

- For seal use cases, a keystore/certificate with "Key Usage" set to "Digital Signature" and "Non-Repudiation" is needed.
