Normally when an order is completed the solicitor for the order is notified and can then download the document. This can also be extended to include all signers involved in an order. By activating this feature all signers will be notified and can then download the document.

To activate change or add the following to the file config/config.json

  "enableNotifyAllSignersOption": true
}

Restart the application.

A new checkbox will appear in the section for selecting approvers. Selecting the checkbox will activate notifications to all selected signers. If the checkbox was selected it will also be displayed in the overview section of the order.
